"Collins, with her no-nonsense Doc Marten boots and slick of matte red lipstick, is an example of what Millgate calls a new generation of "tenacious young managers" who are whip-smart and wise beyond their years about the amount of hard work and savvy that it takes for their charges to rise up the ranks." — Financial Review
Morning Belle is owned and run by Maggie Collins, a Brisbane-raised and Sydney-based professional, who has been working in the music industry in a diverse range of roles over the past 10 years.
Starting out at community radio 4ZZZ, she presented for four years and eventually became the station's Music Director. Meanwhile she picked up her artist management hat with Brisbane icons The John Steel Singers.
Over a number of years, her roles in these fields began to grow, after transitioning to triple j where she presented weekend afternoons for a number of years, and added ARIA Award winning duo DZ Deathrays and The Creases to her management roster.
She teamed up with Brisbane company The Fans Group, heading up the sister management company and booking various QLD-based venues, before moving to Sydney and taking up the role of Bookings and Production manager at Goodgod Small Club in 2015. It was also that year that she got announced as the new programmer for Australia's largest export-focused music showcase conference, BIGSOUND.
She also continues to present and produce with the triple j network, mainly on triple j Unearthed and Double j.
Maggie is ecstatic to be able to consolidate the current projects into a company that she's excited about and has big visions for.
Due to her volume of experience, Maggie has spent time as a consultant and lecturer for certain colleges and universities including QUT, QACI, JMC Academy, Music Industry Highschool and others.
Maggie is available for consultancy with your organisation or act, should time permit. Contacts for references can be provided upon request.

Community is the backbone of the Morning Belle ethos, and something that Maggie Collins has upheld as one of the most important principles of her approach to work.
Aside from volunteering any available time she has to being a mentor (whether official or unofficial) to up and coming artists, managers and broadcasters, she also extends that spirit of giving to her other passion: dogs.
Maggie is a puppy raiser for Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. When she's not travelling the world for work, she's in Sydney looking after labrador puppies under 12 months old. You can be witness to these adventures (which sometimes crossover into music!) over at her Instagram.
